The Company

We are not a maintenance contractor: we are a technology and manufacturing company. We design products from the ground up, from the electronic circuit to the embedded code, and we bring them into production inside our own facility. Owning the entire chain, from design to the machined part, lets us tune materials, processes and firmware to real subsea operating conditions and respond quickly to the specific requirements of each project.

We design and manufacture equipment and tooling for subsea intervention: ROV systems, winches, launch systems, operational containers, sensors, manipulators and peripherals. Products are built for continuous, high-criticality operation, with material selection focused on durability and resistance to the marine environment.

Our headquarters in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, brings together more than 3,800 m² of technical area: electronics and calibration laboratories, a manufacturing floor with precision machining, and an in-house test tank. Each piece of equipment can be designed, manufactured, calibrated and validated within the same facility before it goes to the field.

Because we develop our own equipment, we support each unit throughout its service life: systems integration, calibration, predictive and corrective maintenance, rental and field operation. The same team that designs the equipment also maintains and operates it, reducing downtime and keeping technical knowledge in-house.

We support and mobilize electric and hydraulic workclass ROV systems from the main brands on the market, in onshore and offshore operations. Our multidisciplinary technical team works on ROVs, manipulators, sensors, peripherals and intervention equipment, covering mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and electrical disciplines.
