Ethics & Whistleblower Channel
The Ethics Channel is the means to report, in good faith, conduct that breaches our policies, the Code of Ethics or the law, such as moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, or safety and quality deviations.
Confidentiality
Every report is handled confidentially. Access is restricted to those responsible for the investigation.
No retaliation
Any retaliation against those who report in good faith or cooperate with the investigation is prohibited.
Identified or anonymous
The choice is yours. Identifying yourself helps the investigation and the follow-up. If you report anonymously, the channel records no IP address, device or location.
Legal basis
Aligned with Brazilian Law 14.457/2022, on harassment prevention, and with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) for personal data processing.
How to file a report
The official route at this time is the email below. Describe what happened in as much detail as possible: what occurred, when, where, who was involved and any evidence. You do not have to identify yourself.

The data you provide will be used solely to investigate the report, protected under the LGPD. Please do not include sensitive personal data that is not necessary for the investigation.
