This policy explains how BMPTECH Engenharia handles the personal data collected on this website, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

What we collect and why
Name, email, phone, city, state, education and the résumé file, plus optional fields (LinkedIn, area of interest and salary expectation). Purpose: taking part in recruitment processes. Legal basis: consent, collected in the form itself.
Name, email, phone and the message sent. Purpose: answering the request and conducting commercial discussions. Legal basis: pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest.
Account details and the quote requests made in the authenticated area. Purpose: performance of the contractual relationship.
To stop automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA) and a per-IP rate limit. The IP address is used strictly as a security measure, never for advertising.
The website does not store the résumé file: it is forwarded over an encrypted connection to NEXUS, our internal management system, where it is scanned for malware and stored with the personal data encrypted. Access is restricted to the recruitment team.
Résumés are kept for 12 months from submission and then purged automatically. The file is deleted and the personal data in the record is removed. Commercial contact and portal data follow the applicable legal and contractual periods.
We do not sell personal data. Sharing happens only with processors required to deliver the service, today the hosting provider (Vercel), the CAPTCHA provider (Cloudflare) and the hosting provider's audience measurement, and where there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and deletion of your data. Requests can be made at the email below and we will respond within the statutory deadlines.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To understand visit volume and page speed we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which work WITHOUT cookies: the visitor is identified by a code derived from the request itself, discarded after 24 hours, and the measurement is not tied to your IP address nor does it allow reconstructing your browsing across other sites. Only aggregated data is collected, such as page visited, referrer, country and region, device type, operating system and browser.
