When off-the-shelf equipment does not meet the operational requirement, BMPTECH designs, develops and manufactures it in-house. We combine electronic, mechanical, firmware and software engineering with our own precision machining shop and test tank to deliver subsea equipment matched to your onshore and offshore application.
Full development, from concept to field
We run every discipline in-house: electronics, mechanics, firmware and software. This lets us adapt interfaces, protocols and geometries to the client's workclass ROV system and operation, without depending on third parties for each design change.
In-house manufacturing with precision machining
Our facility of over 3,800 m² in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, brings together electronics and calibration laboratories and a production floor with precision machining. Design and production under one roof shorten the cycle from drawing to finished part and keep quality control at the source.
Test-tank validation before mobilization
Every custom unit is assembled, calibrated and tested in our own test tank before mobilization. Validating beforehand reduces the risk of failure on the seabed and unproductive time on board.
Command of the equipment life cycle
Beyond developing and manufacturing, we calibrate, maintain, rent and operate the equipment in the field. The same team that designed it supports integration and maintenance, which simplifies diagnostics and upgrades throughout its service life.
