BMPTECH maintains, repairs and refurbishes subsea equipment and workclass ROV systems, both electric and hydraulic, from all major manufacturers. Because we develop and build our own equipment, we control the full lifecycle across electronics, mechanics, firmware and software, which makes diagnosis more accurate and repairs more thorough.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Inspection, diagnosis, repair and component replacement on subsea equipment and workclass ROVs. We address the root cause of the failure rather than the symptom, reducing recurrence and unplanned downtime in the field.
In-house engineering and manufacturing
When a part is obsolete or unavailable, we design and machine the replacement in our own production facility using precision machining. Our electronics and firmware engineering lets us recover boards and control systems instead of simply swapping them out.
Calibration and bench and tank testing
Our electronics and calibration laboratories and our own test tank validate equipment before it returns to operation, with functional testing that confirms performance within original tolerances.
Onshore, offshore and mobilization
We perform maintenance at our facility of more than 3,800 m2 in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, and mobilize crews and workclass ROV systems for offshore support according to the client operational window.

Equipment intake and technical assessment, with diagnosis of electronics, mechanics and firmware.

Repair, machining of parts when required, and recovery of boards and control systems.
