BMPTECH designs and manufactures components and structures for offshore applications in its own machine shop, combining precision machining, certified welding and surface treatments. We cover the full path from design and engineering to production and quality testing, with an in-house test tank for validation before delivery.
In-house manufacturing, from design to test
We develop custom components and structures internally: mechanical engineering, precision machining and assembly all happen in the same machine shop. This reduces reliance on third parties, shortens lead times and keeps dimensional and quality control inside BMPTECH, from drawing to finished part.
Materials and processes for the marine environment
We work with corrosion-resistant metal alloys, certified welding and dedicated surface treatments, selected to withstand pressure, fatigue and salt exposure. Each part is dimensioned for the real service life of the offshore operation, not just to pass inspection.
New equipment and component replacement
We manufacture both new equipment and replacement parts for worn components, including items that are discontinued or hard to source from the original manufacturer. Every part is produced to a technical drawing and dimensionally verified before release.
Validation before delivery
BMPTECH's facility in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, brings together the machine shop, electronics and calibration laboratories and an in-house test tank. Components and assemblies can be tested and validated internally before being mobilized to the field, onshore or offshore.
