The UV LED Light BLT-365UV-001 is an ultraviolet lighting unit designed by BMPTECH for operations ranging from oil leak detection to advanced ship hull inspection. Rated at 80W with a power supply operating from 63 to 220 VAC and 24 to 300 VDC, the light delivers consistent performance and integration flexibility across different platforms and ROV systems. The electronics, mechanical design, and firmware are developed in-house, enabling selectable operating modes, self-diagnostics, and software-based adjustments. The external housing is machined from 6Al4V GR5 titanium alloy, rated for depths down to 4,500 meters, in a compact 100mm diameter by 125mm length form factor. The unit ships with a wide range of connectors and cabling, with the BMPTECH Quick Connector Series as the recommended interface for reliable connection and easy field maintenance.
