Low light subsea camera developed by BMPTECH for inspection in low or no light environments, with a titanium housing rated to 4,500 meters.
The BCM-700CLL-001 low light camera is an imaging system designed and manufactured by BMPTECH for underwater inspection in reduced light conditions. The 1/2 inch CCD sensor, combined with an aspherical lens and multi-coated IR correction, delivers sharp, low noise imaging from a minimum illumination of 0.0001 lx at F1.4 aperture, controlling ghosting and reflections when viewing near and distant objects. Iris and shutter control is electric, and image processing includes AGC, MGC, BLC and gamma adjustment to match the operating scenario. The power input accepts DC voltage between 13 V and 60 V, and the 6Al4V GR5 titanium alloy housing supports operation at depths up to 4,500 meters. Electronics, mechanical design and firmware are developed in house, giving BMPTECH control over the full equipment life cycle, from ROV integration to calibration and maintenance.
