DiveControl
The software that drives and records the entire diving system on one screen
Dive control software developed by BMPTECH, which discovers, commands, monitors and records every device in the system.
DiveControl is the interface between the supervisor and everything in the water. It discovers devices automatically as soon as they join the network, which removes the step of setting addresses and channels before each operation, and then presents bottles, cameras, lights and audio nodes as a single system.
The screen concentrates what used to require several pieces of equipment: depth and temperature at the bell and at the diver, voltage and current per channel, umbilical insulation status, switching of every peripheral and intensity adjustment of the lights. History is recorded, which makes it possible to reconstruct a dive from the log.
Voice communication is integrated into the same application, with a matrix that defines who talks to whom, key-activated transmission and an emergency broadcast to every point, protected by authentication so nobody fires it by accident.
A dedicated tab follows the health of the DiveMesh network and shows the state of each link in a simple indicator, with the diagnosis written in operational terms. When the mesh degrades, the software proposes the fix and applies it on confirmation, keeping a backup of the previous configuration.
Diver vital-sign monitoring is under development, and the software architecture already accounts for it.
