The Electronic Bottle consolidates the electrical interface between the subsea vehicle's peripherals and surface systems inside a single pressure housing, with an internal architecture defined per project.
The Electronic Bottle is the central electronic integration point of a subsea system: it receives, conditions and distributes multiple signals from cameras, sensors, lighting and instruments, organizing power and data in a single assembly. The internal architecture is built to match each project, allowing different input types and protocols to be combined without improvising the cabling offshore. By consolidating these connections in a dedicated housing, the bottle reduces the number of exposed penetrators and splices, lowers points of failure and makes fault diagnosis easier during mobilization and maintenance. BMPTECH designs and manufactures the Electronic Bottle in-house, from the electronic and mechanical concept through final integration, and retains control over the equipment's revisions throughout its service life. Each unit is configured from the supplied peripheral list and operating depth, and the assembly is verified on the bench and in our test tank before delivery.
