The Electronic Bottle integrates MUX and DEMUX, serial channels, Ethernet, SDI video and power in a single pressurized housing, with real-time communication and diagnostics.
The BMPTECH Electronic Bottle is an integrated signal multiplexing and demultiplexing system for subsea operation. In a single pressurized housing it brings together RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial channels, Ethernet channels, SDI video channels and power channels, giving the vehicle one interface instead of several independent paths to the surface.
Communication and diagnostics run in real time, which makes it possible to trace the source of a fault during the operation itself rather than later on the bench. Fewer penetrators and fewer exposed splices mean fewer failure points, and organized cabling shortens diagnosis during mobilization and maintenance.
Each unit is customized to the requirement: the internal architecture is built according to the signal list, protocols and power levels of each project. Design and manufacturing are in-house at BMPTECH, with bench and test-tank verification before mobilization.
